• STEP 1

    Fan the cards in your WOD Deck out face down. There are four color coded categories of workouts.

    Choose one of the cards at random.

  • STEP 2

    Scan the QR code on the back of that card, opening the workout in the WODBumP app.

    Complete the workout using the timers and score tracking through the app.

  • STEP 3

    Repeat this process every few days and watch yourself get fit!

    It's always more fun to workout with friends!
